It is possible to restrict courses to a group of users based on their email domain, city, preferred language, job title, department and/or institution. For example, if you learning environment is accessible to both employees and non-employees, you may want to restrict some courses to your employees based on their email address.
To restrict coursesa course:
- Find the course in question using the course catalogue or search tool.
- Once in the course, click on Course administration > Edit settings
- Set the Course ID number as per your convention to restrict or allow access to certain group.
