The tool also allows you to import reports developed by other healthcare organization at the click of a button. The report hub already contains over a dozen reports that can be downloaded for free and modified by you and your team to meet your specific requirements.

The Custom Report Builder now allows you to archive your report to a secure FTP server so that you can download using secure third-party tools. Please note the following:

  • The size of the reports and the number of records is limited for performance and scalability reasons. If you need a solution that scales above and beyond what this tool supports, please contact us.
  • For security reasons, we also require clients to create a private/public key in order to enable this feature.

Once enabled and configured by Dual Code, you are able to enable archiving of any/all custom reports that you build as per the screenshot below.
