Audience: Epic Administrators, Supervisors *

Location: Site Administration > Reports > Epic Systems EMR > Training Tracks > Users' Training Tracks

Description: This report allows the supervisor to see their staff and the corresponding training track(s) they are registered in. From this report, the supervisor can request that a user be added or removed from a training track. An email is sent once a day to the Epic Administrator(s) to inform him/her of the pending requests.  The request will continue to show in the "Pending Requests" column until it is actioned by the Epic Administrator. Once actioned, the request with a "registration" or "unregistration" pending status disappears from the report, but can be found in the Training Tracks: Change Requests report.

Important Notes

  • When a request is added, the email is only sent once a day at a pre-determined time to the Epic Administrator(s). If the administrator does not action it, the request will continue to show up in the report, but the system will not continue to email them the Epic Administrator(s). In other words, requests are only emailed once.


* The "Epic Administrator" role is a custom role only deployed on systems where Dual Code has worked with the client to implement Epic Systems Training Material. It is not available by default on your system.
