Location: Site Administration > Reports > Epic Systems EMR > Class Registration
Description: This report allows a supervisor to view and register Epic learners in Epic face-to-face sessions. Once a learner is registered, the report will list which session they are scheduled for.
NOTE:
- In order for a learner to appear in this report, they must first be registered in an Epic training track.
- All face-to-face activities in an Epic training tracks are considered mandatory and will appear in this report.
- If a course has more than 1 face-to-face activity, this report assumes (and to some extent, enforces) that the face-to-face activities need to be taken in the order presented visually on the screen (e.g. in the course outline).
- In other words, if a course has a face-to-face session, followed by 5 SCORM videos, followed by another face-to-face session, the report assumes that the user must be booked in the first face-to-face session before being booked in the second one.
- The order is based on the "visual" ordering of the face-to-face activities in the course outline / summary page. The order is not based on the activity restrictions.
- When booking a session, the system displays information about this session, such as its location, room, and so on. The attributes displayed depends on the attributes that the organization has configured in their face-to-face activity. That being said, the attributes of type "Multiple selection" and "User Select" do not display properly.
...
- A "Coverage required" field will appear when booking users into sessions. If a supervisors checks the box, the user's booking will appear in the "Class Registration Coverage" daily report so it can be shared with the people responsible for finding replacements for the staff while they are attending their Epic class.
