General Fixes and Improvements
- HCE-2658 - Course category doesn't show up appear in course catalogue if it has no immediate courses in it even though it has sub-categories
- HCE-3556 - Need to be notified if a user scheduled task fails to run
- HCE-3618 - Face to Face registration (Need clarity: Isn't the session just hidden? Why is the sign up link visible?)Error message when learners try to sign up to a classroom session that is full
- HCE-3639 - Administrators not notified No notification when PayPal Pro IPN fails to report back to the learning environment
- HCE-3645 - Support for optional columns in Program Completion report (Need clarity: New convention is different than other reports and CSV uploads. Need to find a way to educate customers that convention will be different based on the page they're on. Also, are we planning to eventually change the schema for CSV uploads as well? The profile_field convention was picked because this is Moodle's convention in their other pages.)
- HCE-3651 - Users are not being processed by program and cohort business rules when "their account is confirmed"
- HCE-3659 - User getting "You are currently not assigned to a manager" when trying to book a face-to-face session if the manager is assigned to them manually
- HCE-3668 - Certificates of completion are being emailed each time the user clicks on the 'Get certificate' button
- HCE-3669 - The "Condition: Expiration by lapse time" prevents the generation of a learning record when used in conjunction with "Condition: Course grade"
