To delete a SCORM attempt:
Go to the SCORM activity in question as an instructor or administrator
Go the the Reports tab (see screenshot below)
Select the user attempt(s) you want to delete by clicking on the checkbox in front of the user / attempt
Click on the "Delete selected attempts button" near the bottom of the page
IMPORTANT NOTE: When following the procedure above, the attempts are permanently deleted, but a copy of the learning record (if any) will still exist in the Learning Record Store (LRS). If you need to void the learning record, you can follow this procedure.
