No. There are no costs to publish your courses. That being said, in order to publish courses on OCI, you need a learning environment powered by Dual Code. Organizations that have HCE Standard and HCE Express can publish their courses in OCI at no additional fees. Organizations that do not have a learning environment powered by Dual Code should contact us at sales@dualcode.com to learn more about our different plans and offering. |

Very easy. With HCE Express, you can have your first course published on OCI in a matter of hours. Afterwards, publishing additional courses is a matter of minutes. Note that this does not include the time to design and develop your SCORM packages or other multi-media courses. |

Very easy. Dual Code provides technical support to OCI learners, which means you don’t have to. If you sell your courses using HCE Express, Dual Code handles all of the transactions. This includes payment (by credit card, cheque or EFT), refunds and cancellations. At the end of each month, you will receive a Statement of Remittance and your proceeds will be deposited in your bank account. |
