Otherwise, users Anyone can sign up for a free personal account on My Dual Code™ (https://my.dualcode.com ) and enrol in any of the coursesin courses listed in OCI. If an organization has a learning environment powered by Dual Code, their staff can search for OCI courses from within their workplace learning environment and enrol in them. There are over 1,000 healthcare workplaces in Canada alone with a learning environment powered by Dual Code. Together, they represent over 1 million healthcare workers. |

Anyone who is pre-approved. Only pre-approved organizations can publish courses in OCI. The pre-approval process increases the quality of the courses.
