Guide

To review or modify an existing scale:

  1. Go to Performance Appraisal System > Define scales

  2. Click on the

  1. edit icon next to the "Performance Appraisal" scale.

To create a new scale:

  1. Go to Performance Appraisal System > Define scales

  2. Click on the "Add a new scale button"

  3. Fill out the form. You can click on the ? icons next to field names if you need help understanding what should go in each field.

  4. Click on the "Save changes" button at the bottom of the form.

Important Notes

This section is only visible to Dual Code employees. Note that if you are exporting a page to Word or PDF to send it to a client, THIS SECTION WILL APPEAR. As such, instead of exporting the page, I strongly suggest that you send the URL to the client. If you must export it, please remove this section from the Word / PDF document.

Dual Code Administrator: The following permissions are needed for a user to edit scales. Historically speaking, some older PAS clients may not have those permissions on their system;

  • If a scale is already in use, you cannot modify it.

  • If the scale is not being used, you can modify it. However, we recommend that you create a new scale if you prefer not to use the default scale provided with the system.
