New in 4.1.9. A compliance summary can now be automatically emailed to Supervisors on a regular basis (weekly, monthly or quarterly). If you are not already receiving this report, please contact your System Administrator and ask them to enable it by following the Sending a Monthly Compliance Report to Supervisors procedure. |
As a supervisor, you may want to track the participation and progress of your team (e.g. your direct reports) in mandatory courses. There are 3 key reports that can help you accomplish just that. By default, these reports are available under the "My Team" menu option near the top of the screen but not that your System Administrator may have customized the "My Team" section or even deleted it from the top menu as they have the ability to completely customize it.
The Compliance Summary, which can be used to drill down to the more detailed Compliance report
The Program Completion report, which can be used to drill down to an individual's Progress report
The Learning Records (System Level) report, which allows you to search for any previous learning record earned by your workers.
You can click on any of the hyperlink reports above to learn more about specific reports.
In addition to viewing these reports online, the system can automatically email you a copy of the Program Completion report some of these reports at a regular interval (usually on the 1st day of each month). This means that you can view your team's progress and compliance without having to log in the system. If you are a supervisor and would like to receive a monthly copy of the the Compliance Summary or Program Completion report via email and are not already receiving it, please contact your system administrator.
