CMaRS is a 3rd party software that manages the annual reappointment cycle of Physicians. CMaRS is integrated with Dual Code's learning environment, meaning that when a Physician completes a course in your organization's learning environment, a proof of completion is sent to CMaRS
Step-by-step Guide
To send Physician learning records to CMaRS:
- Go to the course in question
- Click on Course Administration > Learning Record Exchange
- Click on the "Add" button
- Select "CMaRS" as a destination
- Click on the "Add" button to save your changes
Important Notes:
- If "CMaRS" does not show up in the list of destinations, it's because it hasn't been enabled. Please contact Dual Code via our Help Centre to get it enabled.
- The system only sends learning records to CMaRS going forward. In other words, enabling this feature will not send learning records that already exist.
