Description: This report lists all users enrolled in a course and whether or not they have completed the course. The basic report is available in Moodle. The advanced version of the report was developed by Dual Code and is highly configurable. It can show various columns depending on how it is configured, including:
- The user's profile information (e.g. department, job title, institution, etc.)
- The status for each activity in the course (not just the overall course completion)
- The overall course completion
- The date the course was last completed
- The due date (if applicable)
A filter allows the user to filter the report by first and last name for ease of use.
This report tracks courses completed in the learning environment by the learner him/herself. It does not track learning records that were uploaded to the system, nor equivalencies. To track all learning records, please refer to the Learning Records (System Level) report.
