Unlocking your Account

If a user tries to log in the with the wrong password 7 times (within a 30 minute window), their account will be locked by the system for security reasons.

Step-by-step Guide

If your account has been locked, all you need to do is wait. Your account will be automatically unlocked after 30 minutes. Note that after 30 minutes, if you are unsure what your password is, we suggest that you follow the "Resetting your Password" procedure to avoid from locking yourself out once again.
