Assigning Appraisals by Selecting Users

You can assign an appraisal form to users manually by selecting them.

Step-by-step Guide

To assign the form by selecting users:

  1. Go to Performance Appraisal System > Manage appraisals

  2. Click on the "Assign appraisal form" button near the bottom of the page

  3. Click on the "Assign" icon next to the form in question

  4. Determine if you want to immediately send an email notification to the users when they are assigned the appraisal form

    1. If you do NOT want to send email notifications, make sure you select the "Do not send email notification" checkbox below the "Current users" box BEFORE assigning users to the form. Note that there is no save button on this page so as soon as you assign a user to the form as per the next step below, an email notification will go out if this option is not selected.

  5. Find one or more users in the "Potential users" box (on the right) and move them to the "Current users" box (on the left)
