Automatic Program Assignment

The "Program Assignment" section now allows you to assign and unassign people to programs automatically based on their user profile. This allows you for example to automatically assign everyone in your organization to the "All Staff" program by using the "Institution" field, or everyone in the various nursing units to the "Nursing" program by using the "Department" field.
By combining this feature with the automatic synchronization of your users (ie. integration with HRIS or Active Directory) and the automatic course enrollment (already available in programs), the learning environment will automatically enroll users in mandatory courses based on their institution, department, job title or other criteria as soon as your Human Resources administrator makes a change to an employee's profile in your HRIS or Active Directory system.
