When learners enroll in a course, it's typically with the goal of completing it and receiving proof of completion. However, did you know that the system also sends out notifications and reminders when a course is approaching expiration? These notifications are key in marketing your courses and reminding users to renew their enrollment year over year.

Quality Assurance: Verify your courses to ensure learning records are issued correctly when a user meets the completion criteria. Learners who believe they've completed a course but did not receive a certificate of completion tend to leave negative reviews about your course.

Certificates: Issue certificates of completion whenever a user completes a course. If your course is accredited, ensure the accreditation information is written on the certificate of completion.

Recertification: If a course's learning record expires, make sure to set the expiration timeline in the course settings. The system will automatically notify users as their certificate approaches expiration and prompt them to consider re-enrolling for recertification.

Keep It Simple: While offering courses in bundles to encourage upselling is a recommended strategy, creating programs that require learners to complete a specific number of courses out of a larger set (e.g., X out of Y courses) can lead to confusion and shopping cart abandonment.
