As a supervisor, you may want to track the participation and progress of your team (e.g. your direct reports) in mandatory courses. There are 3 key reports that can help you accomplish just that. These reports are available under the "My Team" menu option near the top of the screen.
- The Compliance Summary, which can be used to drill down to the more detailed Compliance report
- The Program Completion report, which can be used to drill down to an individual's Progress report
- The Learning Records report, which allows you to search for any previous learning record earned by your workers.
You can click on any of the hyperlink reports above to learn more about specific reports.
In addition to viewing these reports online, the system can automatically email you a copy of the Program Completion report at a regular interval (usually on the 1st day of each month). This means that you can view your team's progress and compliance without having to log in the system. If you are a supervisor and would like to receive a monthly copy of the Program Completion report via email and are not receiving it, please contact your system administrator.
