Problem
Scheduled user tasks may partially fail from time to time. This is generally because some (or all) of the data in the CSV file is erroneous.
When a scheduled user task fails, the administrator will have received an email (assuming you are subscribed to receive such emails).
Solution
To troubleshoot a partially failed scheduled user task:
- Click on the link in the email you received, where it says "See more details at:"
- Look for row that contains the error in question. You can filter in the "Status" column for the word "partial success"
- Look at the error message in the row
Important Notes
- The "Error message" column only displays the first 5 errors it discovered while running the task. Fixing the 5 errors doesn't mean the rest of the file is accurate and re-running the task may result in additional failures.
- Even if some errors were encountered, the rows in the CSV file that were accurate still successfully completed.
