Important Notes for 3.5 Clients
If you are upgrading to this release from 3.5, we recommend you look at the major features made available in Moodle 3.6, Moodle 3.7, Moodle 3.8 and Moodle 3.9.
Purpose: This is a maintenance release that addresses issues brought up by Dual Code clients. It also includes Moodle 3.9.8.
