Each system is given a name during the implementation phase. This name appears in certain areas, including the OCI Marketplace, search engines, and in the footer of various emails sent by the system. Some organizations may want to rename their site due to a merger or simply for branding purposes.

Step-by-step Guide

To change the name of your site:

  1. Log in as a System Administrator
  2. Click on the cogwheel icon in the top menu, and select "Settings"
  3. Modify both the Full Site Name and Short Site Name
  4. Click on "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page

Important Notes

  • You cannot change the URL. If you need to change the URL, you must contact us via our Help Center.
  • Some of the other settings on this page can affect your system and have undesirable consequence. This is particularly true for the "Default Site Home Role". Do not change these settings unless you know exactly what you are doing.
