Description: This report allows system administrators to lookup the learning records for all users of the system. The learning record report includes courses that users have completed online, in classroom, and even course exemptions (as long as they have been added to the learning environment). Learners can filter the results by start date, end date, username, course name, action and can include voided records.
The report in the browser will show the users first and last name, status of the course or program (Verb), title of the course or program (Object), completion date and the date the record was added. This report is downloadable as an Excel file or CSV (comma separated values) text file and the columns in that report include actor (username), first (first name), last (last name), verb (status), object (course or program), final grade and timestamp (when the course was completed).
