- Go to Course Administration > Reset
- Under the "Learning Records" section, select "Void all learning records"
- Click on the "Reset course" button

- When voiding learning records, the existing learning records will be marked as "voided" and therefore not permanently deleted from the system. They can still be retrieved via the Learning Records (System Level) report by a System Administrator.
