A. No. There are no costs to publish your courses. That being said, in order to publish courses on OCI, you need a learning environment powered by Dual Code. Organizations that have HCE Standard and HCE Express can publish their courses in OCI at no additional fees. Organizations that do not have a learning environment powered by Dual Code should contact us at sales@dualcode.com to learn more about our different plans and offering.
