No. OCI is secure and your courses remain your intellectual property. When users are enroling in your courses, they are creating an account on your learning environment. There is no way for an individual to download your course and install it in their learning environment. They can only link to it. |

No. There are no costs to publish your courses. That being said, in order to publish courses on OCI, you need a learning environment powered by Dual Code. Organizations that have HCE Standard and HCE Express can publish their courses in OCI at no additional fees.
