The first step to learn more about the HCE Express is to register for the “HCE-207: Essentials for HCE Express Administrators” course in our Training Centre. This certification program is the core training that ensures your success with Dual Code's HCE Express. It is a must for Administrators and we recommend completing this course during the onboarding process or when you become an administrator for your organization's learning environment.
Above and beyond the Essentials course, there are numerous additional resources available to help you master the product.

From Managing Users to Reporting, these step-by-step articles will show you now only how to properly manage different areas of the software, but will also give you tips & tricks and best practices to follow user guides organized by role (e.g. Account Owners and Account Administrators). If you are an Account Owner, make sure you read both guides, particularly if you will be managing your courses, grades, or are interesting in generating reports.
What's New. If your system was recently upgraded (or is scheduled to be upgraded), you'll want to review the release notes covered in the What's New section. This section is organized by version of the software, and each excerpt explains whether the change is considered a software fix, an improvement, or new feature.
