The first step to learn more about the HCE Express is to register for the “HCE-207: Essentials for HCE Express Administrators” course in our Training Centre. This certification program is the core training that ensures your success with Dual Code's HCE Express. It is a must for Administrators and we recommend completing this course during the onboarding process or when you become an administrator for your organization's learning environment.

Above and beyond the Essentials course, there are numerous additional resources available to help you master the product.

Documentation. Our documentation contains numerous sections organized by topic to help your learn about the system. From Managing Users to Reporting, these step-by-step articles will show you now only how to properly manage different areas of the software, but will also give you tips & tricks and best practices to follow.

What's New. If your system was recently upgraded (or is scheduled to be upgraded), you'll want to review the release notes covered in the What's New section. This section is organized by version of the software, and each excerpt explains whether the change is considered a software fix, an improvement, or new feature.

User Tours. You'll find in various areas of the learning environment user tours, which present additional information on screen. User tours are an effective means to walk users through the navigation of the site, explain how to complete an action or process, and highlight what's new on a recently installed version of the product or even on specific pages. When a new user tour is installed, it will be automatically displayed to users in a modal window in the learning environment itself. If users dismiss the user tour, they can always access it later by clicking on the question mark icon near the top right of the screen.

Training & Certification. Dual Code offers training & certification on its products and services. Above and beyond the Essentials course mentioned earlier, you’ll find in our Training Centre webinars and other helpful resources.

With a wide range of technical support services, our dedicated and knowledgeable Client Services team can provide you with the answers and advice you need to answer your questions or resolve your technical issues when they arise.
