Problem
There are known issues with Articulate Rise SCORM packages not only in the Dual Code learning environment, but across other learning management systems as well. This typically happens when learners have started the activity in the past, and then the instructor updates the SCORM package in the course. This is well documented in the Articulate forums:

Unfortunately, Articulate has not come up with a solution.
If you are trying to view an Articulate Rise activity in the learning environment and you end up with a blank page, verify your browser's console for an error similar to this one.
Solution

This solution is suggested by Articulate. Dual Code does not guarantee that it will work. We do however want to inform you that if you follow this suggestion, you will permanently lose some or all data related to the SCORM package.
Articulate Rise has not provided a solution. They're recommendation is that you delete SCORM attempts. Please note that deleting these SCORM attempts is permanent, which means you will permanently lose the data for the attempts deleted. If you are ok with losing this data, you can proceed with the following steps:
- Go to the SCORM activity in question as an instructor or administrator.
- Go to the "Reports" tab
- Below the table that shows the attempts, click on "Select All" button (or if the problem is only occurring for a few users, you can manually select their individual attempts rather than all attempts)
- Click on the "Delete selected attempts" button.
ONCE AGAIN, THIS ACTION CANNOT BE UNDONE. All attempts and their data will be permanently deleted from the learning environment.
