It allows you to not only complete compliance training offered by your employer, but also enroll in accredited, continuing medical education (CMEs) offered by Canadian healthcare associations and colleges that offer best-in-class educational programs.

Single Sign-On (SSO)
Our platform integrates seamlessly with SSO systems, simplifying the login process and enhancing security. This ensures that workers can easily access the learning environment without the hassle of managing multiple passwords.

Our platform features an intuitive, user-friendly interface that allows workers to navigate the learning environment with minimal training. This makes it easier to find and complete courses, improving engagement and reducing the learning curve.
On-the-Go Learning
Our mobile-responsive platform enables workers to access learning materials anytime, anywhere, using their smartphones or tablets. This flexibility is essential for employees who need to learn on the move or during downtime.
Large Library of Course
Our platform provides access to a large library of courses offered through the Open Collaboration Initiative (OCI). This includes a diverse selection of high-quality training materials from leading healthcare organizations such as Ontario Health, the Wound, Ostomy and Continence (WOC) Institute, and Spinal Cord Injury Ontario, all available in one convenient system.
Automated Reminders
Our platform provides automatic reminders for upcoming or overdue certifications, helping workers stay on top of their required training.
Track External Training
Our platform allows you to maintain an electronic record of all your learning achievements and certificates in one central location, regardless of whether the training was completed online, offline, or provided by another organization. Additionally, courses taken from third parties and offered through the OCI Marketplace are automatically recorded in the system.
Seamless Workflow
Our platform integrates with various workplace tools, including HR systems, cobas Infinity, and CMaRS, ensuring that learning is embedded into daily workflows. This integration streamlines processes such as tracking training progress and managing certifications.
Certification and Compliance Management
Our platform enables you to track certifications and compliance training from key regulatory bodies, such as the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC). Additionally, it tracks the number of credits and hours associated with each accreditation, ensuring that workers meet essential industry standards and regulations, which is particularly crucial in healthcare.
