When you register for certain courses, the instructor may automatically enroll you in activities that send email notifications. As a general rule, these emails are useful and contain necessary information and you should read them. That being said, it is possible for you to unsubscribe from emails.
Step-by-step Guide
To unsubscribe from emails:
- Log in the learning environment
- Go to your notification preferences by putting your mouse over your name on the top right of the screen, and clicking on Preferences > Users, and then clicking on Notification Preferences
- You can disable all notifications by checking the "Disable notifications" checkbox at the top of the screen, or by clicking on the On / Off button next to each type of notification
