There are two key reports to help you manage appraisals:

Completion Details

The Completion Details report provides information, organized by user (e.g. the person being appraised). It lists their name (along with any information from their user's profile you want to display such as their department, cost centre, etc.), the form in question, the name of their Supervisor, when the form was assigned to them, when they completed it, when their manager completed it, and the current state of the form.

Completion Rates

The Completion Rates report gives you statistics, organized by Supervisor. It contains 8 columns:

  1. Appraiser(s). The name of any Supervisor who is assigned to a form OR locked a form. Note that if a form is not assigned to any Supervisor, it will not appear in this list.
  2. Manager. The immediate Supervisor(s) of the Appraiser in question. This may be another Manager, a Director, a VP or even the CEO. When a user has more than 1 supervisor, each supervisor is listed on a separate line
  3. Total Assigned to Appraiser. The total number of appraisals either assigned OR completed by the appraiser in question.
  4. Total Completed by Appraisee. The total number of forms completed by the employee ONCE. By "completed", we mean the employee clicked on "Save & Submit" once. Given that there can be multiple back and forth between the employee and the manager, we assume submitting the form once is considered "Completed" for the purpose of this report.
  5. Total Completed by Appraiser. The total number of forms completed by the Appraiser ONCE. By "completed", we mean the appraiser clicked on "Save & Submit" once. Given that there can be multiple back and forth between the employee and the manager, we assume submitting the form once is considered "Completed" for the purpose of this report.
  6. Total In Review. The total number of forms that were submitted by both the employee and their manager at least once BUT ARE NOT YET LOCKED.
  7. Total Locked: The total number of forms that are locked.
  8. Percentage Locked. Column 7 divided by column 3 expressed as a percentage.
