Performance appraisal systems help employers with the decision-making process involved in employee promotion and compensation, or perhaps in an unfortunate situation, termination. Dual Code's Performance Appraisal System (PAS) is a premium service integrated to your learning environment that allows you to evaluate an employee’s performance against a list of set objectives and will identify the strengths and weaknesses of employees. The system automates the process to ensure it is done on a regular basis and in a fair, timely manner. 

Workflow

Over the course of an appraisal, it's important to understand that the different users can interact with the appraisal in different manners based on their relationship to the appraisal. The following diagram depicts the state diagram of an appraisal. You may click on the diagram to expand it.
