Custom Reports

The learning environment has a built-in tool that allows System Administrators to build custom reports using a wizard. Using this tool, you can create various types of reports by pulling information from different "sources", including users, courses, and course participants.

System Administrators who also have the role of PAS Administrator have access to an additional source called “Appraisal feedback”.

Important Notes

• For a user to be able to build custom reports for appraisals, they must have two sets of permissions.

  • They must be a System Administrator so that they can access the custom report builder

  • They must be a PAS Administrator so that they can access the Performance Appraisal System report source
