Managing Custom Reports

The learning environment has a built-in tool that allows System Administrators to build custom reports using a wizard. Using this tool, you can create various types of reports by pulling information from different "sources", including:

  • Cohorts

  • Course Participants

  • Courses

  • Notifications

  • Users

  • Appraisal Feedback (for organizations that subscribe to Dual Codeā€™s Performance Appraisal System)

The tool supports advanced features such as filters, pagination, logic conditions and permissions.Ā Once the reports are created (by a System Administrator), they can be viewed by different people based on the audience the administrator specifies for each report. Users can access their custom reports from the Navigation block (under Navigation > Reports > Custom Reports).
