Q. Can we charge a fee for our courses?
A. Yes. You can charge a fee for your courses. In order to do so, Dual Code must enable the “Payment Solutions” feature on your system. If this functionality is not yet enabled on your system, please contact us via our Help Centre or contact your account manager.
Once enabled, you will be able to set a fee for each course individually. Dual Code will act as an agent on your behalf, which means we will handle all payment transactions, including answering payment related questions, managing cancellations, refunds and chargebacks, and providing 1st line support to your buyers. This means you get more time designing and developing your courses, and less time managing paperwork and answering questions related to sales requests.
Q. Do your system issue receipts?
A. Yes. Once a user completes a purchase, they will receive an email that contains general instructions as well as a receipt. The receipt itself is an attachment to the email in PDF format.
