Important Notes for 3.5 Clients

If you are upgrading to this release from 3.5, we recommend you look at the major features made available in Moodle 3.6, Moodle 3.7, Moodle 3.8 and Moodle 3.9.

Purpose: This is a maintenance release that addresses issues brought up by Dual Code clients. It also includes Moodle 3.9.12

  • HCE-4981 - Learning records completed via OCI not always returned to the consumer site
  • HCE-4884 - HTML markup is ignored when viewing courses in the OCI Marketplace

  • HCE-4885 - OCI user is not automatically redirected to the course enrollment page

  • HCE-4891 - Title of consumer web page is displayed in "Browse list of users"
  • HCE-4931 - Compliance report doesn't load when reporting on user profile fields of type 'datetime'
  • HCE-4944 - Course completion criteria 'Learning record in another course' is not resolving as complete when cfilters are enabled on a system
  • HCE-4980 - Learning records for individual activities are not recording the grades

Epic Systems® EMR Integration

  • HCE-4943 - The Epic Class Registration Rate report considers all face-to-face statuses as "Registered"
  • HCE-4957 - The Epic Class Registration Rate report reports different numbers based on the "Group By" filter
  • HCE-5048 - Epic Check: Course Completion Criteria
  • HCE-5064 - Session Registrations tool allows supervisors and Epic Coordinators to book users in Epic sessions
  • HCE-5168 - Daily training tracks change request emails are sent when there are no change requests in the previous 24 hours
  • HCE-5181 - Ability to specify if coverage is needed when booking users in Epic training session
  • HCE-5183 - Class Registration Logs report lists all events related to Epic training sessions
  • HCE-5215 - Introduction of an Epic Coordinator Role

Performance Appraisal System

  • HCE-4948 - Supervisors shouldn't be able to lock appraisals they didn't fill out themselves
  • HCE-5013 - Supervisors can assign/unassign themselves and other peer supervisors to/from appraisal forms
  • HCE-5065 - The appraisal form won't save under specify circumstances
  • HCE-5087 - Excel export for Completion Rates report displays improperly
  • HCE-5127 - Administrators of face-to-face sessions who also have the ability to appraise users are being automatically assigned to forms for users in their class
  • HCE-5136 - Ability for Administrator to Specify Who Automatically gets Read Access to Locked Appraisal Forms
