Audience: Epic Administrators, Epic Principal Trainers, Epic Coordinators, Supervisors

Description: This report lists all class registration event that took place in a given period of time and includes bookings, cancellations, and whether or not coverage was requested. 

NOTE: 

  • This report works in conjunction with the Class Registration report

  • All bookings and all cancellations for Epic classes are shown in the report regardless of whether or not coverage is required

  • The user viewing the report will see all users they have access to. In other words, if two (2) supervisors manage the same group of users, then they will be able to see / export each other's logs.

  • The "Show logs for" filter supports 3 options:

    • Today (the default)

    • Yesterday

    • Date range

      • The Start Date assumes a time of 12:00:00 AM

      • The End Date assumes a time of 11:59:59 PM

      • For example, if a user selects a date range from January 1st to January 3rd, the report will show all events taking place on January 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

  • The following options are possible for the "Coverage" column:

    • Yes. Indicates coverage is required.

    • No. Indicates coverage is not required.

    • Not applicable. Displayed when the booking was cancelled.

    • Not specified. Displayed when the booking was not done using the Class Registration tool (e.g. via CSV uploads or directly via the Face-to-face activity).
