Important Notes for 3.5 Clients

If you are upgrading to this release from 3.5, we recommend you look at the major features made available in Moodle 3.6, Moodle 3.7, Moodle 3.8 and Moodle 3.9.

Purpose: This is a maintenance release that addresses issues brought up by Dual Code clients. It also includes Moodle 3.9.11

General Fixes and Improvements

HCE-3817 - Redirect URL in theme not redirecting users to specified page
HCE-4272 - Compliance report snapshot is taken on 1st day of the month if the month has 30 days or less
HCE-4352 - View Certificate link in Learning History report appears twice if course is using the deprecated "Certificate" activity
HCE-4357 - The Footer Background Color is not applied to the last section of the footer
HCE-4364 - Cohorts generated for Face-to-face purposes show up in cohort search tools
HCE-4414 - Logo does not appear on mobile devices
HCE-4494 - Course creator role has face-to-face permissions that are unnecessary
HCE-4642 - Notification plugin is not fully translated to French
HCE-4718 - Search fields when registering users in classroom sessions are not being applied when >100 potential users
HCE-4875 - Site Administrators cannot view hidden grades
HCE-4894 - Administrators cannot view themselves in the Learning Records report
HCE-4898 - Pulldown menu with auto-completion available in 3.5 is no longer available in 3.9
HCE-4908 - First user when viewing the full list of transcripts for a program does not display properly
HCE-4698 - File names for downloadable custom reports should be consistent: '<<report name>>_YYYY-DD-MM_HH-MM-SS.<<extension>>'
HCE-4700 - Users can apply for equivalencies without approving the site's terms
HCE-4733 - Supporting Documentation activity does not generate a learning record if only the "A file is uploaded" criteria is set
HCE-4766 - Course Catalogue displays courses not available to users (multi-site only)
HCE-4806 - User gets created with the newly selected domain if their credentials are valid in another domain (multi-site only)
HCE-4816 - Custom course fields do not appear in the custom report wizards
HCE-4830 - Custom CSS stored in customcss field on a new installation needs to go in the product stylesheets

Epic Systems® EMR Integration

HCE-4684 - Enrollment Restrictions configuration check needs to ignore the "Category enrolment" method
HCE-4688 - Class Registration Rates report not properly filtering users by site

Database Replication Services

There are no changes in this premium service.

Performance Appraisal System

HCE-4498 - The Completion Details report displays the cohort identifier instead of the cohort name
HCE-4783 - Employee is not emailed when their manager submits their form
HCE-4784 - The appraisal form does not display the date the form was locked
HCE-4785 - The manager information needs to be retained once the form is locked
HCE-4786 - Suspended users should be hidden by default
HCE-4787 - A manager should be able to see their staff's historical information
HCE-4788 - The text area for entering information is too small by default
HCE-4858 - The appraisal index page does not show which manager(s) the form is assigned to
HCE-4859 - Need a printer-friendly option for printing forms
HCE-4860 - Administrator cannot filter on columns on the appraisal index page
HCE-4861 - Need the ability to assign appraisals to managers in bulk
HCE-4862 - New report shows completion rates for performance appraisals
HCE-4935 - Appraisal cannot be assigned to a manager unless that manager is a direct supervisor of the user in question
HCE-4955 - Any user can access the appraisal index page if they have the direct URL
