HCE 3.9.6

Purpose: This is a maintenance release that addresses issues brought up by Dual Code clients.  It also includes Moodle 3.9.5 and 3.9.6.

• HCE-3112 - Ability to initiate a touch command on all users

General Fixes and Improvements

• HCE-2760 - Suspend bulk user actions unenrolls and re-enrolls users from programs and courses

• HCE-3797 - Program notifications on day "0" are not sent

• HCE-3987 - Legend in progress report always visible even if the "Status" column is invisible

• HCE-3850 - Scheduled user upload tasks take a very long time

• HCE-3944 - Administrators can't see all users in the 'Time Spent in Activities' report

• HCE-3966 - Footer contains separate links for User Guides and Release Notes

• HCE-4026 - Conditionally visible fields not being saved during a user upload

• HCE-4027 - Downloading logs for all users consumes too much memory and freezes the download

• HCE-4033 - Scheduled user uploads may skip days

• HCE-4062 - Program and cohort business rules do not support the authentication (e.g. "auth") field

Deprecated Features

• HCE-3688 - The "Payroll" report is deprecated

• HCE-3794 - Flash is disabled by default

• HCE-4090 - The "Attendance" activity is deprecated

• HCE-4090 - The "Quickmail" block is deprecated

• HCE-3690 - The ability to dock blocks by default for new users is deprecated

• HCE-3693 - Circular activity completion restriction (where an activity hides itself if it was completed) is deprecated

• HCE-3844 - The course formats "advancedtopics" and "advancedsingleactivity" are deprecated and replaced with "topics" and "singleactivity"

• HCE-3901 - The "Completion of other courses" condition in the course completion criteria is deprecated and replaced with the "Condition: Learning Record in another course" condition

• HCE-3894 - Employees' comments are not being rendered in the feedback blocks in appraisals

• HCE-3942 - Users are being emailed overdue notifications by the Performance Appraisal System even though their appraisal is locked

• HCE-4011 - The state of appraisals is now included in the Performance Appraisal System report

• HCE-4012 - New settings can control which default and optional fields will appear in the Performance Appraisal System report

• HCE-4013 - Custom user profile fields of type "date" are now rendered as a proper dates in the Performance Appraisal System report
