Managing Quizzes and Questions

The Quiz activity is an incredibly versatile tool that can address a wide range of teaching needs, from basic multiple-choice knowledge tests to advanced self-assessment tasks with detailed feedback.
Creating a new quiz consists of three steps:
Generating questions, which is most efficiently done using the AI Question Generator.
Setting up the quiz activity and configuring its options, which establish the rules for interacting with the quiz.
Adding the questions to the quiz.
Please note that steps 1 and 2 are interchangeable. You can create the questions first and then set up the quiz, or vice versa.
The quiz activity in the learning environment offers great flexibility, but this flexibility also adds to its complexity. To gain a better understanding of how to build quizzes, we recommend attending one of the “Building Quizzes” webinars in our HCE Training Centre or viewing an archived recording.
