Learning History

Audience:Ā Learners

Location: Navigation > Reports > Learning History

Asynchronous: No

Description: This report allows a learner to find all their learning records. It displays:

  • Programs they've completed, including a link to their Statement of Marks (Transcript)

  • Courses they've completed online or in the classroom

  • Course exemptions (if they applied for such exemptions and their application was approved by a supervisor or administrator)

  • Courses completed on remote systems "powered by Dual Code" via the OCI Marketplace.

The report will show the name of the organization that issued the learning record (if it's issued via an OCI partner), the title of the course, the type of learning record (Program, Course or OCI Course), the duration of the course (as set in the course settings - not actual/real time it took the user to complete the course), the date/time of completion as well as a link to the certificate of completion or statement of mark if one is available.

Important Notes

  • If a certificate of completion is set up as an activity directly within a course, only the the last/most recent copy of the certificate of completion is available for download. However, if you are using Site Certificates, they will be able to download historical copies.
