Learning Records (Course Level)

Audience: System Administrators, System Coordinators, Instructors, Supervisors

Location: Course Administration > Reports > Learning Records

Asynchronous: No

Multi-site Friendly: Yes

Description: This report allows instructors and other user roles to lookup the learning records for all users in the course. The learning record report includes:

  • Courses that were completed online or in the classroom

  • Course equivalencies (if learners applied for such equivalencies and their application was approved by a supervisor or administrator)

  • Courses completed on remote systems "powered by Dual Code" via the OCI Marketplace.

  • Activities that were completed within the course

Users can filter the results by start date, end date, and the learner's full name. There are also settings to display details about individual activities, voided records and records for deleted users.

The report in the browser will show the users' first and last name, the title of course (or activity if you opt to display activities), the object type (e.g. course vs. activity), the completion date, the expiration date (if applicable) and the date the record was added. This ID Number, which is used by some organizations to track a version number of the course, is also available.

This report is downloadable as an Excel file or CSV (comma separated values) text file and the columns in that report include actor (username), first (first name), last (last name), verb (status), object (course or activity), final grade, timestamp (when the course was completed) and added (when the record was added to the learning environment).
