Payroll Report

A new report has been added to the learning environment to help organizations that need to track attended of their staff in face-to-face sessions for payroll purposes. The new report, which can be found under Site Administration > Reports > Payroll, lists all users who have signed up for a session in a certain period of time. It shows their first name, last name, the title of the course, the duration and exact date and time of the session they signed up for, their attendance, as well as remarks if any were entered by the instructor.

The report can be view online at any time and can also be automatically emailed in an spreadsheet format to a group of users (ie. Payroll Manager) at a specified interval.
