Reminders for Activities with an Expected Due Date

The learning environment allows administrators and instructors to set expected due dates for each activity. When reminders are enabled, a reminder email will be sent to each student on the day the activity is due.

To set expected due dates:

  1. Go to the settings for the activity in question.

  2. Go to the "Activity Completion" section of the settings, which is generally at the very bottom of the page

  3. Enable the "Expect completed on" setting and set the date correctly.
