Purpose: This is a maintenance release that addresses issues brought up by Dual Code clients.  It also includes Moodle 3.5.6.

  • HCE-2555 - New bulk user action to reset user passwords and email it to selected users

  • HCE-2653 - Additional column in the Learning Record report CSV export to show the time stored 

  • HCE-2272 - Face to face attendance and cancellation lists are now ordered by last name and contain page breaks

  • HCE-2654 - Assignment logic for "is equal to", used by activity restrictions and program membership conditions, is now case insensitive
