Filling Out an Appraisal

Once your employee has completed their self-appraisal, you need to provide them with feedback. This feedback is crucial for identifying their strengths and weaknesses and fostering their growth and excellence.

Step-by-step Guide

To complete your portion of the performance appraisal process:

  1. Go to Performance Appraisal System > Manage appraisals

    1. This link can be found in the general “Administration” block or under the “My Team” top menu, but it’s location may vary based on your site

  2. Click on the “Fill out appraisal” icon next to the appraisal in question

  3. Review the employee’s rating and comments, and add your own rating and comments in the boxes reserved for supervisors

  4. Click on one of the save buttons at the bottom of the form

Important Notes

  • If you do not yet want the employee to review your comments, you can save the form as a draft. Otherwise, you can save and submit the form.

  • By submitting your review, you will (temporarily) no longer be able to modify it and the employee will now be able to see your feedback. You will however be able to re-open the form to make modifications if you feel the need at a later point in time.
