Linking to a Microsoft Teams Session from a F2f Session
Adding a Microsoft Teams link to your Face-to-Face (F2F) sessions is simple and seamless. Once the link is added, it will automatically be included in the email sent to participants and added to their calendar event. This ensures easy access for learners to join the session with just one click.
Step-by-step Guide
To add a Microsoft Teams link:
Go to the settings page for the F2F activity in question
Under āEvent Detailsā, select āMicrosoft Teamsā for the video conferencing setting
Enter the full Meeting URL, and if needed, a Meeting ID and Meeting Passcode
Save your changes

Important Notes
If the āVideo Conferencingā field or the āMicrosoft Teamsā option does not appear, please contact Dual Code via the Help Desk and weāll help you set it up.
If you would like to set āMicrosoft Teamsā as the default option, your System Administrator you may do so by going to Site Administration > System Configuration. Under the āWeb Conferencingā tab, select āMicrosoft Teamsā for the default web conferencing system.
