Finding Which Program References a Course

An administrator can easily go to a program and determine which courses this program references by looking at the "Training Requirements" section of the program. But it's also possible to determine, from the course itself, which program(s) reference it.

Step-by-step Guide

To determine which program uses a course:

  1. Go to the course in question

  2. Go to Course Administration > Users > Enrolment Methods

  3. Look for any enrolment method that starts with "Program". The parentheses next to the "Program" label specify which program references this course. 

    1. Using the example below, you can tell that two (2) programs reference this course: "Cyber Security" and "Annual Core Curriculum"

Important Notes

  • From the "Users" column, you can see how many users were enrolled in this course by program.
