Voiding All Learning Records in a Course

Voiding All Learning Records in a Course

An instructor can void learning records for an individual course. This can be useful for example if for example you are importing your learning history from your previous system during the onboarding process and you erroneously uploaded bad historical learning records.

Step-by-step Guide

To void learning records for a course:

  1. Go to the course in question

  2. Go to Course Administration > Reset

  3. Under the "Learning Records" section, select "Void all learning records"

  4. Click on the "Reset course" button

Important Notes

  • When voiding learning records, the existing learning records will be marked as "voided" and therefore not permanently deleted from the system. They can still be retrieved via the Learning Records (System Level) report by a System Administrator.
